 Have heard enough from the Liberal Media! The time has come for the sensible citizens of this great country to take positive action. Liberal Media Bias is a problem that has been growing for decades. We have all witnessed network newscasters presenting their opinion as fact to the public. With total disregard to, or worse attacking, anything that does not fit with their agenda. This is nothing less than a subtle form of brainwashing the public. I have often wondered how they were able to get away with it. Then the simple answer came to me, because someone is paying them to do so. The worst part was when I realized that, in a way, almost everyone is helping to support it by purchasing the products and services of the advertisers. This was happening even if we did not watch the broadcast. However they forgot something along the way.... They are not in the news, or the entertainment business. They are in the business of selling an audience to an advertiser. We are the audience and, its time we told the advertisers what we think about who they are supporting.  “ All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” Edmund Burke I believe that the advertisers are more interested in selling their products and services, than they are with the political agenda of the network news organization. That means all it takes is for the advertiser to be confronted with an avalanche of letters. All complaining about their sponsorship of a news program, combined with a drop in sales. How many sponsors will continue to waste their marketing budget on a losing promotion? Together, we can cut off the the funds to the news organizations that are misinforming and destroying this great country. “ If you are not a part of the solution, you are a part of the problem” Eldridge Cleaver The goal is to bring back basic journalistic integrity. We promote that the televised network news be presented in a complete and factual manner so the average person is capable of making a rational decision on where they stand on the daily issues. What will make this work is for as many people as possible to participate. That participation can be as simple as posting the list of boycotted companies and products on your refrigerator, and not purchasing these products and services. It would help if you could go a step further and print out a letter that we will provide, and mail it to the officers of the company. For those who are willing to be more committed, we are seeking a network of associates who are able to actively participate. Participation can be as simple as monitoring a couple newscasts a week and recording the advertisers. We could also use anyone with skills in any of the following capacities: Letter and Email Writing Researching Company Addresses and Officers Posting information on social networking sites like Face book, MySpace, Twitter etc. Database Management Web Master's with experience in design, SEO applications, etc. Anything else that I have not thought of yet. This a committed grass roots organization in its infancy. However I feel that there are enough people who feel the same as I do, and are ready to stand up and do what is necessary to change this situation.
